RGV Community Healthcare, LLC is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, document observations, and maintain a safe, respectful environment.

The role requires state CNA license, ability to read and write English, and good communication with nursing staff. CPR is preferred. We offer equal opportunity employment and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information to managers and employees.
• Mathematical skills for fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
• Reasoning abilities to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant per state laws; CPR preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify residents with wristband or photo card before procedures.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information (HIPAA).
• Assist with preparing residents for tests and transportation.
• Follow policies for exposure to blood and body fluids.
