PACS Group is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care and services to residents in accordance with care plans and supervisor directions.

The role involves identifying residents, recording detailed notes, maintaining confidentiality, and assisting with daily living activities, medical tests, and transport. CPR may be preferred, with state CNA licensure required.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify residents before administering treatments, serving meals, etc., using wristband or photo card.
• Report changes in resident's condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
• Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts in an informative manner.
• Respect confidentiality of resident health information and report disclosures.
• Assist with daily resident functions (dental care, baths, grooming, dressing).
• Assist residents in preparing for medical tests (lab work, x-ray, therapies).
• Assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents as needed.
• Observe and report skin conditions to prevent ulcers; monitor for pressure areas.
• Participate in nursing reports and adhere to established policies and procedures.
