Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide residents with daily nursing care according to individualized care plans.

You will greet residents, assist with daily living activities, monitor health and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor, while maintaining a warm, safe and respectful environment. The role requires following facility policies, documenting accurately, and collaborating with nursing staff to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CNA license in the state.
• Ability to read, analyze and follow care plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and meet shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per care plans.
• Identify residents before treatments or meals.
• Document care accurately and report changes to supervisors.
• Maintain resident safety, comfort and privacy.
• Assist with transfers and mobility as trained.
• Follow facility policies and procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality care.
