PACS seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans. You will identify residents, assist with activities of daily living, and support gentle, respectful interactions in a calm, safe environment.

This role requires completing documentation, reporting changes to supervisors, maintaining confidentiality, and cooperating with staff to ensure high-quality care.

Formación

• Must possess a licensed CNA in accordance with state laws.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general information.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts in a descriptive manner.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information including PHI.
• Assist residents with daily functions (dental and mouth care, bathing, dressing).
• Observe residents for skin breakdown and report injuries or concerns.
