Job summary

PACS is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with each resident's assessment and care plan, under the guidance of nursing leadership.

Responsibilities include identifying residents, documenting accurately, reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor, assisting with meals, mobility, and daily activities, and maintaining resident safety and privacy while upholding facility policies.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information to managers and employees.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plan under supervision.
• Identify residents before treatments and assist with daily activities and meals.
• Record entries accurately and report changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and follow privacy policies.
• Assist with transferring, positioning, and mobility as trained.
• Observe residents for skin integrity and safety, and report concerns promptly.
