Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, and document observations while maintaining a warm, respectful environment.

This role requires reading ability, basic mathematics for measurements, and clear communication with team members. CPR is preferred, and licensure as a CNA is required by state law.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care.
• Identify residents before procedures and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Report changes in residents' condition to supervising nurses and document entries accurately.
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling of blood/body fluids and hazardous chemicals.
• Support nursing staff and participate in shift handovers and care planning.
