Job summary

PACS Group is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant in Oregon City to provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with each resident’s care plan. Responsibilities include identifying residents, documenting care, and reporting changes to nurses. The role requires compassionate interaction, safety-first practice, and teamwork.

The CNA will assist with meals, personal care, and daily activities, ensuring a warm, respectful environment and adherence to facility policies and privacy regulations.

Qualifications

• Must possess an Oregon CNA license and be in good standing.
• Ability to perform resident lifts and transfers in a safe manner.
• Effective communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Strong observation skills and attention to changes in resident conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned residents.
• Identify residents before procedures using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts accurately and promptly.
• Report changes in a resident’s condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Assist with meals, hydration, personal care, and daily activities as directed.
