Job summary

PACS Group is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and support to residents per care plans. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, monitor health, and report changes to the nursing team to ensure safe, comfortable care.

The role requires maintaining resident confidentiality, following infection control policies, and collaborating with other staff to maintain a calm, compassionate environment. CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports and correspondence.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers and staff.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per the resident's care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments using wristband or photo ID.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and data.
• Assist with transfers, meals, and daily activities as directed.
