Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of 10th grade education.
• Licensed CNA required by state law; CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident plan.
• Identify residents using wristband/photo ID before procedures.
• Record entries and report changes in resident condition to supervisors.
• Assist with daily living activities and feeding as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report violations.
• Support safe transfer, positioning, and mobility of residents.
