Harmony Senior Services in Bridgeport, West Virginia seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide to support residents with daily living activities, meals, and mobility. You will follow care plans, document care needs, and report incidents to nursing staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, PCA training, good communication, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days is required.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Successful completion of approved PCA program per state regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• Able to organize work and collaborate with nursing team
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days

Mansioni

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Perform light housekeeping and cleanup
• Respond to resident calls and emergencies promptly
• Report incidents and status to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility, meals, and transport to activities
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information
• Support move-in transitions and emotional well-being
• Attend staff meetings and in-services
