Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Martinsburg, West Virginia seeks a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide quality care for residents, assist with daily living activities, and support a safe, compassionate community. You will follow procedures, assist with mobility, meals, and activities while maintaining dignity and confidentiality.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Must be CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become certified within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and work well with all levels of personnel.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping duties in resident areas and rooms as directed.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance or emergencies.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
• Follow confidentiality policies regarding resident information.
