EverTrue is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide supportive and functional care to residents, helping them maintain independence and dignity. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, following established care procedures and nursing leadership directions.

Role focuses on assisting residents with daily living activities, monitoring health cues, documenting observations, and ensuring a safe care environment. Training and policy adherence are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous resident/patient care experience preferred.
• High School diploma, GED, or PA nurse aide registry required in PA.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memos, and short correspondence.
• Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one or small group settings.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and retrieving information.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Must maintain professional behavior with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in achieving their highest practicable functioning through personal care and daily living activities.
• Provide care in line with current practice standards and EverTrue policies.
• Maintain a safe, clean resident environment and respond promptly to requests.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards, equipment issues, or incidents.
• Document observations and participate in care planning with the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with dining and activities as needed and supervise mealtime assistance.
• Record vital signs and other pertinent information as directed.
• In PA, may serve as administrator designee in the absence of the PC/AL Clinical director.
