EverTrue in Allentown, PA seeks caregivers to provide supportive and functional care to residents, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. You will assist with daily activities, monitor health, and document observations as part of an ongoing care plan.

Qualifications

• Previous resident/patient care experience preferred.
• If working in Pennsylvania, a High School diploma, GED, or PA registry status is required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short memos, and write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information in one-on-one or small group settings.
• Must be capable of independent decisions when needed and maintain professional behavior.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities to support highest practicable functioning.
• Provide care per standards and EverTrue policies, collaborating with the care team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and responsive resident environment and address requests promptly.
• Record observations, vital signs, and communicate changes to nursing leadership.
• May escort residents, monitor dining area during meals, and support care planning.
