Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a dedicated resident care professional in Kalispell, MT to provide routine daily care and services according to each resident's assessment and care plan. You will work under supervision to ensure accuracy, compassion, and safety across shifts.

Responsibilities include using PCC, documenting events, reporting changes to management, and maintaining resident comfort and dignity while supporting a collaborative health care team.

Responsibilities

• Use PCC to ensure resident information when assisting with ALDS and meals.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Health and Wellness Director promptly.
• Record all entries on notes, SPAs, and incident reports in an informative, descriptive manner.
• Report accidents/incidents to the Executive Director and Health and Wellness Director.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report suspected disclosures.
