Job summary

Kalispell Senior Care is seeking staff to provide routine daily care and services to residents in accordance with care plans. You will use PCC to verify resident information during assistance with ADLS and meals, report changes to the Health and Wellness Director, and document entries with care and detail.

Qualifications

• Provides daily care and services following resident assessments and care plans.
• Keeps accurate records of notes, SPAs, and incident reports.
• Communicates changes in residents' condition to Health and Wellness Director.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care.
• Greet and escort residents, prepare rooms, and ensure comfort.
• Document entries and reports promptly and accurately.
• Follow policies on blood/body fluids exposure and confidentiality.
• Support with meals, safety, and mobility as trained.
• Report any equipment defects and incidents to supervisors.
