Job summary

PACS seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care in a post-acute setting. The role involves identifying residents, following care plans, and delivering compassionate assistance to meet basic needs.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, reporting changes to the nursing leadership, and maintaining a warm, safe environment for residents at the Yellowstone River Nursing and Rehabilitation facility.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state. CPR Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents according to care plans.
• Identify residents before treatments, meals, or other activities.
• Record entries accurately in flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Ensure resident safety and comfort, monitor for skin issues, and assist with activities of daily living.
