Job summary

KALISPELL in is seeking a dedicated PCA – full-time position to provide routine daily care and services to residents in accordance with their care plans. You will assist with ALDS, meals, documentation, and communication with supervisors, ensuring a warm, safe, and respectful environment throughout the unit.

Responsibilities include greeting residents, escorting them to rooms, maintaining accurate records, and promptly reporting changes to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school education or its equivalent.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business material.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care and services per resident care plan.
• Greet residents and escort them to their rooms and introduce them to roommates and staff.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Health and Wellness Director as soon as practical.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and report any unauthorized disclosures.
