Responsibilities

• Provides direct care and activities of daily living to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and engagement.
• Maintains health and wellness records for residents in paper and electronic format.
• Assists with meals and meal preparation; helps residents with meals as needed.
• Follows shift task list including laundry and housekeeping duties.
• Reports concerns to management and adheres to resident policies and procedures.
