Sodalis Senior Living in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents in a safe, clean environment. You will perform daily living activities, assist with meals, and support health and wellness documentation under the supervision of the Team Leader.

The role requires 1-2 years of caregiving experience, a commitment to Sodalis values, and the ability to lift over 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years caregiving experience.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct care and activities of daily living to residents (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, engagement).
• Maintains health and wellness records (paper and electronic).
• Performs daily tasks including laundry and housekeeping.
• Assists with meals and feeding as needed.
• Reports concerns to management and follows policies.
• Trains and mentors new staff.
• Communicates health changes to Team Leader and Management.
• Greets visitors and gives tours when needed.
• Reports abuse or neglect as required by law.
• Must be able to lift in excess of 50 lbs.
