Job summary

Sodalis Senior Living is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centered care in a safe, secure, and clean environment, guided by our core values of Service, Integrity, Dignity, Excellence and Teamwork.

You will assist residents with activities of daily living, meals, and mobility, maintain health records, support housekeeping tasks, and participate in teamwork and training with new staff members.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience in Assisted Living or Senior Living facilities is a plus.
• Must be able to lift in excess of 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Understands and aligns with Sodalis philosophy to maintain quality of life for residents.
• Provides direct care and activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, engagement).
• Maintains health and wellness records for residents (paper and electronic).
• Performs daily housekeeping tasks (laundry and upkeep).
• Prepares and serves meals as needed; assists residents with meals.
• Trains and mentors new staff; reports concerns to management.
