Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a Resident Assistant for our Florida community. This part-time, on-site role offers compassionate care to residents, focusing on daily living activities, safety, and meaningful engagement.

You will work with a dedicated team, participate in meals, activities, and housekeeping tasks, with opportunities for growth. A high school diploma is preferred, English proficiency is required, and CPR/First Aid certifications may be required by state regulations.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with the elderly in residential or long-term care settings preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English to communicate with residents and staff.
• Able to pass required tests (CPR, First Aid, Food Handlers, etc.) if required by state regulations.

Mansioni

• Assists residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility.
• Engages residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activities while providing personal care.
• Responds promptly to resident needs and/or requests for care.
• Assists in the dining room during resident meal times.
• Encourages residents to participate in scheduled activities and outings, and assists with those activities as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness of the community and tidies resident rooms daily.
• Assists with resident laundry per shift guidelines.
