Sinceri Senior Living is hiring a Resident Assistant to join our community. You will play a key role in enriching residents' lives by providing consistent and compassionate care, daily living assistance, and engaging activities alongside a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with the elderly in residential or long-term care preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring and mobility.
• Engages residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care.
• Responds promptly to resident needs and provides or obtains assistance as necessary.
• Assists in dining room during meals and during scheduled activities and outings.
• Maintains cleanliness of the community and assists with laundry per shift guidelines.
