Job summary

Sodalis Senior Living is seeking a Resident Assistant to ensure residents receive compassionate, safe, and dignified daily care. You will participate in meal support, activities of daily living, and basic housekeeping while maintaining health records and reporting any concerns to the leadership team.

You will work under our service-driven culture, uphold our values of Service, Integrity, Dignity, Excellence, and Teamwork, and help mentor new staff in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience in Assisted Living or Senior Living facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care and activities of daily living to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and engagement.
• Maintains health and wellness records in paper and electronic format.
• Performs daily household tasks such as laundry and housekeeping.
• Prepares and serves meals as needed and assists residents with meals.
• Reports concerns to management and adheres to resident policies and procedures.
• Trains and mentors new staff and communicates changes in residents’ condition to the team.
• Greets visitors, conducts tours in management's absence, and ensures safety of residents.
