Responsibilities

• Provides direct care and activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, engagement).
• Maintains health and wellness records (paper and electronic).
• Performs daily household tasks (laundry, housekeeping).
• Prepares and serves meals as needed and assists residents with meals.
