Carefree Living's Aurora facility in Minnesota is seeking Resident Assistants/Caregivers to join our compassionate team. You will provide daily living support, build relationships with residents, and participate in personalized care plans to enhance quality of life.

CNAs are not required, and we offer flexible PM shifts with opportunities for growth and reliable benefits within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
• CNA certification is NOT REQUIRED
• Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills
• Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required.
• Selected candidate must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position and will be subject to a DHS and criminal background study.
