Carefree Living in Aurora, MN, is seeking Resident Assistants/Caregivers to join our Assisted Living community. This role focuses on resident-centered care and professional development with a dependable health care company.

The position includes full-time or part-time NOC shifts with an additional $1.50/hr differential for the NOC shift. Responsibilities include daily living assistance, ensuring safety and quality of life, and maintaining a respectful, professional approach to residents' needs.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
• CNA certification is NOT REQUIRED
• Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills
• Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required.
• Selected candidate must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position and will be subject to a DHS and criminal background study.
