Job summary

Carefree Living is hiring for a Resident Assistant/Caregiver at our Minnesota facility. This full-time AM shift role focuses on resident-centered care within a supportive team environment and offers professional development with a dependable healthcare partner.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, medication reminders under RN guidance, and maintaining a safe, respectful living space. Prior caregiving is preferred; CNA is not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving preferred, but not required.
• CNA certification NOT required.
• Strong customer service orientation and professionalism.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use computer, Internet, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and provide high levels of care and customer service.
• Assist adults with activities of daily living and pass medications (RN training provided).
• Maintain a safe, healthy daily living environment.
