Job summary

Carefree Living, Burnsville, MN, is seeking a Resident Assistant to join our Assisted Living community. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available. You will support residents with daily living activities, ensure safe and quality care, and assist with medications where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
• CNA certification is NOT REQUIRED.
• Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Pass basic written competency and skills test.
• Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required.
• Selected candidate must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position and will be subject to a DHS and criminal background study.

Schedule: Full and part time available

Additional shift differential of $2.00 for PM shifts and $2.50 for Overnights

RESPONSIBILITIES:
