Job summary

Carefree Living in Burnsville, MN is seeking a Resident Assistant to join our Assisted Living community. We offer rewarding employment in a resident-centered environment with professional development and a dependable health care company.

Schedule: full and part-time; PM shift differential of $2.00 and overnight differential of $2.50. Responsibilities include ADL assistance, medication administration, and maintaining a safe, respectful living space.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
• CNA certification is NOT REQUIRED.
• Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Pass basic written competency and skills test.
• Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required.
• Selected candidate must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position and will be subject to a DHS and criminal background study.
