Job summary

Village Shores is seeking a Resident Assistant in Richfield, MN. This part-time position offers an hourly wage of $18-$22 and focuses on assisting residents with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility support, under the guidance of licensed staff.

Requires be at least 18 years old, HS diploma or GED, and preferred 1+ year in assisted living or related health care. CNA or TMA license is a plus; weekend/holiday shifts may be required.
