Job summary

SilverCrest is seeking a Resident Assistant at Summit Place in Eden Prairie, MN. This part-time role offers a starting hourly wage of $18 to $20 and opportunities to grow with an experienced care team.

You will support residents with daily living activities and assist with mobility and personal care. Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and some experience in assisted living or related health care.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one-year of experience in assisted living or related health care field preferred.
• Successful completion of Assisted Living training program preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions.
