Job summary

Cambridge Square Assisted Living is seeking a Family Advisor to drive resident recruitment and strengthen relationships with residents' families and the local community. You will guide inquiries from first contact to move-in and collaborate with the community management team.

You will implement marketing strategies, coordinate tours, assess eligibility, and maintain accurate prospect databases while upholding CAPLICO values and HIPAA policies.
