Job summary

Camelot Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Business Development Liaison to drive admissions growth and coordinate marketing plans for our care centers. You will build relationships with referral sources, physicians, and community partners while promoting the center’s services and ensuring a smooth transition for residents.

Ideal candidates bring a marketing or healthcare background, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage referrals and admissions with a customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or healthcare management; experience considered.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Must be able to operate a vehicle and maintain contact details.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategies to maximize center census and admissions processing.
• Develop and implement marketing plans for center goals.
• Promote the center to referral sources, physicians, community and media.
• Conduct tours for prospective residents and families.
• Receive referrals and track activity daily.
• Coordinate admissions and ensure smooth patient transitions.
