Responsibilities

• Lead group activities and assist in planning.
• Visit residents, provide sensory stimulation, and apply reality orientation.
• Report resident responses to the activity coordinator.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Assist in housekeeping in activity areas and transport residents.
• Attend in-service training and continuing education workshops.
• Adhere to facility policies and maintain confidentiality.
