Villa At West Branch seeks a Recreational Services Aide to assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating activities for residents. Under supervision, you will support programs that address social, emotional, and physical needs of residents in a care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in a relevant role preferred.
• Experience in healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements activity programming as planned to meet resident needs and interests.
• Assists residents to and from activity programs and outings.
• Maintains rapport with families and encourages family involvement.
• Supports assessment and evaluation of resident participation when requested.
• Communicates resident concerns to supervisor.
• Upholds residents’ preferences and routines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
