MediLodge Milford is seeking a Resident Activity Assistant to organize and participate in activity programming tailored to individual residents. You will document participation in medical records and collaborate closely with the activity director and care team to enhance resident engagement.

Responsibilities include leading diverse activities, utilizing multiple modalities such as music, art, and therapy-based approaches, and supporting family involvement in planning and events.
