Job summary

MediLodge of Milford is seeking an Activities Aide to support resident-centered programs and events on site. You will help create engaging daily activities, document participation, and collaborate with the care team to promote well‑being and enjoyment for residents in a warm, supportive environment.

You will contribute to decorating, planning monthly calendars, and coordinating special events while maintaining compassion and confidentiality in all interactions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the resident activity director as needed.
• Lead and participate in individual and group activities.
• Develop and post monthly activity calendars.
• Document resident participation and outcomes in the medical record.
• Support resident well‑being using varied activity models (music, art, pet therapy).
• Help decorate for events and coordinate seasonal celebrations.
• Promote community involvement and volunteer engagement.
