Job summary

MediLodge of Grand Rapids seeks a Resident Activity Assistant to plan and lead activity programs for residents, including one-to-one, small group, and large group sessions. You will document participation and outcomes in the resident records and help foster a warm, engaging center environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, family communication, and flexible scheduling to meet residents' activity needs and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Plan and participate in individual and group activities for residents.

• Assist with decorating, event planning, and calendar development.
• Support residents and families, including end-of-life care discussions as needed.
