Job summary

Progress Residential, LLC is seeking a Resident Accounts Specialist in Las Vegas, NV. You will be the primary liaison for resident accounts, delivering exceptional service and handling account operations in Salesforce and Yardi.

You’ll drive collections to minimize evictions, assist with court proceedings when required, process payments, and manage move-ins/outs while maintaining knowledge of lease provisions and resident rules.

Qualifications

• High School graduate required.
• 3+ years’ property management experience in single-family or multi-family rental industry.
• Real Estate license required in the state of Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between central support and market office teams.
• Provide exceptional resident-facing customer service and handle resident accounts in Salesforce and Yardi.
• Manage collections with goal of minimizing evictions and delinquency; assist with court appearances when needed.
• Process all payments and conduct move-in/move-out operations in Yardi; handle notices and occupancies.
