Qualifications

• To qualify you must have a Bachelor's degree.
• Administrative experience in academic healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of ACGME systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• 2 years admin experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and evaluations.
• Maintain accurate records and support continuous program improvement.
• Serve as liaison between the program and residents, faculty, GME leadership and external bodies.
• Administer residency management systems and monitor data/security.
• Monitor compliance with ACGME and institutional requirements.
• Coordinate resident onboarding, credentialing, orientation, graduation, and separation processes.
