Job summary

Lakewood Ranch Medical Center in Florida is seeking a Program Manager for Graduate Medical Education to oversee the Internal Medicine Residency program and ensure ACGME compliance. The role requires strategic leadership, recruitment coordination, and strong collaboration with faculty and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have GME experience, supervisory background, and familiarity with ERAS, NRMP, and New Innovations software.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Graduate Medical Education.
Knowledge of ERAS, NRMP, and New Innovations software.
Supervisory experience overseeing more than two individuals.

Responsibilities

Provides direct leadership and strategic oversight of the residency program, including operations, finance, and people management.
Collaborates with the Program Director to develop and implement program-level policies.
Contributes to strategic direction and operational success of the residency program.
Serves as liaison between residents and external partners with direct managerial support.
Develops relationships with hospitals and clinics to support recruitment and rotations.
Ensures compliance with ACGME and hospital policies.
Maintains service excellence in all activities.
Other duties as assigned.
