Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of office administration experience, preferably in education and/or healthcare.
• Minimum of 3 years of ACGME PC experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extremely organized with strong information analysis abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provides full support to the Program Director for program management and workflow improvements.
• Interprets and applies ACGME and hospital policies to ensure compliance.
• Supervises residents and serves as liaison between residents and administration.
• Maintains databases and prepares reports on trainee and faculty data.
• Coordinates recruitment, orientation, annual contracts and program events.
