Job summary

Universal Health Services is seeking a Program Manager for the Residency Program. Under the Graduate Medical Education Director, you will oversee operations, recruitment, and compliance with ACGME policies.

You will manage data, communicate with faculty and residents, supervise coordinators, and coordinate program relations. A Bachelor's degree is required and prior GME or healthcare operations experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience; GME/healthcare background preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with GME software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational management of the Residency Program.
• Assess and direct programmatic issues, planning, and recruitment.
• Maintain databases and communicate with faculty and residents.
• Provide administrative supervision to residents and coordinators.
