Job summary

Wyckoff Heights Medical Center is seeking an Internal Medicine Residency Program Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for an ACGME-accredited residency program.

You will work closely with the Program Director, GME Office, and faculty to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support all aspects of residency education and program administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum formal education of High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience coordinating an ACGME-accredited residency program, preferably Internal Medicine.
• Demonstrated knowledge of graduate medical education accreditation standards and residency operations.
• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all administrative functions of the residency program in compliance with ACGME Institutional and Program Requirements.
• Maintain the ACGME ADS, ensuring timely and accurate updates and submissions.
• Manage the residency recruitment process through ERAS, including review, interviews, and onboarding.
• Coordinate NRMP activities, including Match participation and rank list preparation.
• Maintain resident records and evaluations in New Innovations, including schedules and milestone documentation.
• Coordinate ABIM FastTrack reporting and board eligibility documentation.
