Job summary

Universal Hospital Services Inc. seeks an experienced administrator to oversee the ACGME residency program. You will support the Program Director, handle recruiting, and manage accreditation activities while coordinating among residents, faculty, and multiple training sites.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to confidentiality, and ability to travel between GME sites as needed. A background in healthcare administration is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of office administrative experience.
• Graduate medical education or healthcare services experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of the ACGME residency training program.
• Assist Program Director with GME activities including recruiting and accreditation.
• Coordinate liaison among residents, GME Office, faculty, and participating sites.
• Travel between GME training sites as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage financial resources.
