Job summary

Westchester Medical Center Health Network is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of accredited and non-accredited residency/fellowship training programs. You will collaborate with the GME Office, Attending Physicians, and residents to support program leadership and ensure smooth workflows.

Qualifications

Three to five years of experience in administration and/or residency/fellowship program management.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
TAGME Certification highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Provides support and meets with the Program Director on program management and projects.
Ensures compliance with ACGME/other accrediting bodies and hospital policies.
Acts as liaison between residents, GME Office and hospital administration; coordinates recruitment, orientation, and rotations.
Organizes trainee orientation and maintains data for evaluations, scheduling, and credentialing.
Maintains documentation and records, and supports exams and board reporting as needed.
