Job summary

Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, New York seeks a Program Supervisor to manage day-to-day administration of all ACGME-accredited residency and non-ACGME fellowship programs within the Department of Anesthesiology. The role oversees staff, supports Fellowship Directors, and ensures compliance with accreditation standards.

Responsibilities include recruiting, ERAS processing, reporting, records management, calendar maintenance, and coordinating CCC/PEC meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of two years administrative experience required.
• Knowledge of ACGME, ABA, AMA, FREIDA, ERAS and NRMP processes.
• Experience with New Innovations or similar residency software preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
• Completion of OHS Annual Assessment required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration of ACGME-accredited residency and fellowship programs within the Department of Anesthesiology.
• Oversee recruitment activities, ERAS processing, interview scheduling, and NRMP rank list preparation.
• Generate, maintain, and analyze statistical reports; manage program records and compliance.
• Coordinate CCC and PEC meetings; ensure accurate minutes and documentation.
• Serve as liaison to residents, fellows, faculty, administrators and regulatory agencies; ensure business continuity.
