Job summary

Eisenhower Health is seeking a Residency/Fellowship Program Manager to lead the daily operation of the GME program office. You will ensure accreditation readiness, recruitment activities, and education initiatives while supporting the Program Director and staff.

The role requires 3 years in GME with a Master’s preferred, bachelor’s as a baseline, and strong knowledge of ACGME standards. Excellent organizational and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of experience as Residency Coordinator/Manager
• Master's degree preferred
• Three years of experience in Graduate Medical Education within a residency or fellowship program
• Two years of experience with a Master’s degree
• Knowledge of ACGME accreditation requirements and related processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general office software
• Familiarity with ERAS, NRMP, FREIDA, MedHub, and GME program operations
• HIPAA compliance and confidentiality understanding

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate compliance with Code of Conduct and regulatory policies
• Administer residency/fellowship program in line with ACGME requirements
• Oversee daily operations and logistics of the program
• Provide administrative support to Program Director and act as liaison to staff and faculty
• Develop and revise recruitment materials and manage applicant communications
• Coordinate interview logistics and NRMP rank submission
• Maintain residency/fellowship evaluation records and site documentation
• Assist in budgeting, policy development, and accreditation preparations
• Manage housing and contracts for faculty and residents
• Support orientation, training, and program events
