Job summary

University Health Truman Medical Center is seeking a Residency/Fellowship Program Coordinator to oversee the operational and financial management of a training program. You will work with residents, fellows, faculty, and leadership to ensure accreditation standards and program excellence.

Reporting to the Program Manager and/or Director, you will organize recruitment, orientation, and events, maintain databases, and support compliance with ACGME and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Health Sciences, Business, Public Administration, Education, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a high-level administrative role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex information and priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily program operations, office activities, projects, and administrative priorities.
• Coordinate annual recruitment, orientation, graduation, and other departmental events.
• Maintain accurate resident and faculty databases and records.
• Support accreditation activities and ensure program compliance with policies.
• Coordinate relationships with internal departments, hospitals, and external partners.
