Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of experience as Residency Coordinator/Manager in lieu of degree.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in a related field.
• Three years of Graduate Medical Education residency/fellowship experience; two years with a Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with ACGME accreditation requirements and program standards.
• Oversee daily operation and logistics of the residency/fellowship program.
• Provide administrative support and act as liaison between faculty, residents, and offices.
• Lead recruitment, interview logistics, and NRMP rank list submission.
• Maintain residency/fellowship handbook, website, and policies.
• Participate in accreditation reviews, reports, and site visit preparations.
• Manage budgets and ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
